Plain Leaved Parsley is a must have herb in any kitchen. Very popular and easy to grow year after year. Can be grown in the windowsill all year around. Sow parsley seed thinly from early spring 1 cm deep, in a well prepared bed, leaving 30-35cm between the rows. Thin out when seedlings are 10-15cm long, leaving 2-3cm between plants. Water in dry spells and pick the leaves regularly to encourage further production.
